The Gold Coast Central Chamber of Commerce presents its 2026 Property Forum under the theme Building the Gold Coast for Growth: Preparing Our City for 2032 and Beyond. This flagship event will bring together senior government representatives, major developers, infrastructure leaders, project funders and respected economic commentators to examine what it will take to deliver the next chapter of our city.
The discussion will move beyond housing alone to address infrastructure, planning settings, capital investment, construction productivity and the long term economic direction of the region. The focus will be on practical outcomes and the barriers that must be addressed to support confident investment and sustainable growth.
A high calibre panel and keynote address are currently being finalised, with further speaker announcements to be made shortly.
This is expected to be the Chamber’s largest and most significant property event to date.
