Her research and publications have shaped how organisations understand and work with networks within and across government, industry, and community settings. Known for turning evidence into action, she has developed widely used tools that help leaders diagnose, strengthen, and manage their networks. With 30+ years in government and nonprofit roles, she brings a grounded, pragmatic approach to
