NOTICE OF 2026 Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of the Gold Coast Central Chamber of Commerce Inc. (ABN 44 560 587 409) for 2026/2027 will be held at Private Dining Room – Fables Restaurant, Mantra Legends Hotel, 25 Laycock Street, Surfers Paradise on Wednesday 21st October 2026 commencing at 5:45pm.
The Agenda for the AGM is as follows:
- Establishment of a quorum
- Chairman opens the AGM and welcomes attendees
- Apologies
- Tabling of the previous AGM minutes.
- President’s report
- Presentation of audited financial report for period ending 30 June 2026
- Advice of current level of Public Liability insurance and level of coverage
- Election of Board of Management positions for 2026/27
- Appointment of qualified person to audit the financial statements for current financial year
- General Business
Board of Management nomination forms must be completed and returned by 5.00pm, 7th October 2026.
